Sugar-Free Strawberry Ice Cream Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sugar-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: extra diced strawberries for mixing in

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the sugar-free condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the strawberry puree and mix until fully combined.
  5. Stir in extra strawberry pieces if desired for texture.
  6. Spoon the mixture into serving cups or a freezer-safe container.
  7. Freeze for 4–6 hours, or until firm.
  8. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for the creamiest texture.
