Ingredients
For the Cake
- 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Prepare the batter
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) cake pan or line it with parchment.
- In a large bowl, whisk together:

- sugar
- oil
- orange juice
- orange zest
- vanilla
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir gently until just combined (do not overmix).
2. Bake
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool slightly.
3. Add the glaze (optional)
- Mix powdered sugar with orange juice until smooth.
- Drizzle over the warm cake.
