Ingredients
- 1–2 teaspoons dried rosemary, or 1 fresh sprig
- 1 cup hot water
- Optional: honey and lemon
Directions
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the rosemary to a mug or teapot.
- Pour the hot water over it.
- Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain and add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink 1 cup once or twice a day.
Optional “Pain Relief” Blend 🌿✨
For a stronger herbal tea:
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 cup hot water
Steep the rosemary and ginger together for 10 minutes, strain, then add lemon.
Rosemary has been traditionally used for mild muscle pain, headaches, and joint aches, and some studies suggest its anti-inflammatory compounds may help reduce discomfort.
