3-Ingredient Baked Breakfast: Easy, Fluffy & Delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
  • 6 large eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish:
    • Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized dish with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the 6 eggs until fully combined.
    • Stir in the cottage cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix everything until smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Pour the Mixture:
    • Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly.
