Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (or thighs), cooked and shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella (or a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

1. 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add shredded chicken, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed and coated.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay out a tortilla. Sprinkle some mozzarella and Parmesan on the bottom half.
  • Add a generous spoonful of garlic chicken.
  • Top with a bit more cheese for maximum meltiness.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.

3. 

Toast the Wraps

  • Brush each wrap with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  • Heat a skillet or pan over medium heat. Toast each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve

  • Slice in half, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
  • Optional: Serve with ranch, garlic mayo, or marinara for dipping.

✅ Tips:

  • Want it saucier? Add a spoonful of garlic mayo or ranch inside before rolling.
  • Add-ons: Roasted bell peppers, spinach, or caramelized onions go great.
  • Make it spicy: Add hot sauce or chopped jalapeños to the chicken.
