Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 large chicken breasts (or thighs), cooked and shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella (or a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed and coated.

Assemble the Wraps
- Lay out a tortilla. Sprinkle some mozzarella and Parmesan on the bottom half.
- Add a generous spoonful of garlic chicken.
- Top with a bit more cheese for maximum meltiness.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.

Toast the Wraps
- Brush each wrap with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Heat a skillet or pan over medium heat. Toast each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

- Slice in half, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
- Optional: Serve with ranch, garlic mayo, or marinara for dipping.
