Easy Homemade Ice Cream – Rich

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate spread or melted chocolate (for swirl)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Whip the cream:
    In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix the base:
    In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold gently:
    Carefully fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth and airy.
  4. Create the swirl:
    Pour half the mixture into a container. Add spoonfuls of chocolate spread and swirl with a knife. Add remaining mixture and repeat the swirl on top.
  5. Freeze:
    Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
