Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the potatoes
- Wash the potatoes well.
- Slice them into thin round slices (about ¼ inch thick).
2. Season
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the potato slices and toss until well coated.
3. Arrange
- Place the slices in a baking dish slightly overlapping in a circle (like the picture).
4. Bake
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
5. Finish
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
- Bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
6. Serve
Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
