CABBAGE AND EGGS

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage (finely chopped or grated)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2–3 green onions (chopped)
  • 3–4 tbsp flour (or breadcrumbs)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables
    • Finely chop the cabbage.
    • Grate the carrot.
    • Chop the green onions.
  2. Mix ingredients
    • In a bowl, add cabbage, carrot, and green onions.
    • Crack in the 2 eggs.
    • Add flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Mix well until it forms a thick mixture.
  3. Shape the fritters
    • Take small portions and shape into oval patties (like in the picture).
  4. Cook
    • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Fry the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve
    • Place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
    • Serve hot with yogurt dip, ketchup, or garlic sauce.

✅ Tip: You can also add cheese, parsley, or chili flakes for extra flavor.
