Ingredients
- 1 can (14–15 oz) salmon, drained
- 1 egg
- ½ cup almond flour (low-carb binder)
Optional (for more flavor – not required)
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder or onion powder
- Chopped parsley or green onion
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Drain the salmon and place it in a bowl. Break it apart with a fork.
- Add egg and almond flour.
- Mix well until it forms a thick mixture.
- Shape into patties (about 6–8 small patties).
- Heat 1–2 tbsp oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
🍽️ Tips
- Chill the mixture 10–15 minutes if it feels too soft.
- Serve with avocado, salad, or low-carb sauce (like garlic mayo or lemon aioli).
- Each patty is very low in carbs and high in protein.
