Low Carb 3-Ingredient Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14–15 oz) salmon, drained
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour (low-carb binder)

Optional (for more flavor – not required)

  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder or onion powder
  • Chopped parsley or green onion
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon and place it in a bowl. Break it apart with a fork.
  2. Add egg and almond flour.
  3. Mix well until it forms a thick mixture.
  4. Shape into patties (about 6–8 small patties).
  5. Heat 1–2 tbsp oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

🍽️ Tips

  • Chill the mixture 10–15 minutes if it feels too soft.
  • Serve with avocado, salad, or low-carb sauce (like garlic mayo or lemon aioli).
  • Each patty is very low in carbs and high in protein.
