Ingredients:
- 500–700 g ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- ½ cup milk (or water)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Optional: sliced onions or mushrooms for extra flavor

- Preheat oven
Set to 180°C (350°F). - Shape the beef
Form the ground beef into thick patties (like in the image). Season lightly with salt and pepper. - Arrange in dish
Place patties in a greased glass baking dish in a single layer. - Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix:
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Onion soup mix
- Milk
- Pour over patties
Cover the patties evenly with the creamy mixture. - Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until browned and bubbly.
