👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven

  2. Shape the beef
Form the ground beef into thick patties (like in the image). Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange in dish
Place patties in a greased glass baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Make the sauce
    In a bowl, mix:
    • Cream of mushroom soup
    • Onion soup mix
    • Milk
  5. Pour over patties
Cover the patties evenly with the creamy mixture.
  6. Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until browned and bubbly.

🍽️ Serving Ideas:

  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta
  • Add a side of steamed vegetables for balance

✨ Tips:

  • Want it richer? Add a little shredded cheese on top before the final bake.
  • For extra depth, sear the patties briefly before baking.
  • You can swap ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter version.
