- 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice provolone cheese (or Swiss for extra flavor)
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- Make the garlic butter:
Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and parsley together in a small bowl. - Prepare the bread:
Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice. - Assemble the sandwich:
On the unbuttered sides, spread a thin layer of cream cheese.
Layer the cheddar, mozzarella, and provolone (or Swiss).
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper. - Cook:
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
Place the sandwich in the pan, buttered side down.
