Condensed Milk Cake – Ultra-Moist & Irresistibly Sweet

Ingredients:

1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

4 large eggs

½ cup melted butter (unsalted)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Wet Mixture
    In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients
    In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour and Bake
    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool and Serve
    Allow the cake to cool completely before removing from the pan. Slice and serve as is, or dust lightly with powdered sugar.

🍰 Optional Variations:

Add lemon zest or orange zest for a citrus note.

Top with caramel sauce, whipped cream, or fresh berries.

Mix in shredded coconut or chopped nuts for texture.

For extra moisture, brush the warm cake with a few tablespoons of warm milk or sweetened condensed milk.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
