BEST HOMEMADE PANCAKES RECIPE EASY AND DELICIOUS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Prepare the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
  4. Cook the pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
