  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for a little heat)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or dill) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, almond flour (or breadcrumbs), eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
    • Mix everything together until it forms a uniform batter. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more almond flour.
  2. Form the Fritters:
    • Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and form them into small patties or fritters. Each should be about 2-3 tablespoons in size.
