Ingredients:
- 4 slices of thick Texas toast
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of butter (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each slice of Texas toast.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of each slice of bread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
