Creamy Seafood Salad with Imitation Crab

Ingredients

  • 1 lb imitation crab meat (chopped or shredded)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill (or parsley)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crab
    Chop or shred the imitation crab meat into bite-size pieces.
  2. Mix the dressing
    In a bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine ingredients
    Add the crab meat, celery, and onion to the bowl.
  4. Mix gently
    Stir until everything is evenly coated with the creamy dressing.
  5. Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let the flavors blend.

  • Serve cold on lettuce or over salad
  • Put it in a sandwich or wrap
  • Spoon onto crackers
