Oven Baked 4-Ingredients Irish Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven:
    Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. Slice potatoes:
    Cut into ¼-inch thick rounds (like chips).
  3. Season & bake:
    • Arrange slices in a single layer
    • Sprinkle with salt & pepper
    • Bake for 20–25 minutes, flip halfway, until golden and crispy
  4. Add toppings:
    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar over potatoes
    • Add crumbled bacon
  5. Melt & finish:
    Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
