Simple Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 carton heavy cream (about 200 ml)
  • 1 packet Tang powdered juice mix (strawberry, passion fruit, or any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream to a blender.
  2. Pour in the Tang powder.
  3. Blend for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice cream bags or popsicle molds.
  5. Tie/seal tightly.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Tips

  • Mix different Tang flavors for colorful pops.
  • For extra creaminess, add 2 tablespoons powdered milk.
  • If using molds, insert sticks after partially freezing for easier placement.

Serve straight from the freezer for a refreshing creamy treat.
