Simple Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
  5. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  6. Scoop and enjoy!
