- 1 cup boiling water

Pineapple Cream Layer (Top):
- 1 can (400g) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (instant vanilla pudding mix)
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
Topping:
- Crushed biscuits or graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)

- Prepare Strawberry Layer:
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water and let it cool (donβt let it fully set).
- Fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
- Pour into a glass dish and refrigerate for about 30β40 minutes until slightly firm.
- Make Pineapple Layer:
- In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
- Fold in drained crushed pineapple.
- Add whipped topping and mix gently until creamy.
- Assemble:
- Spread the pineapple mixture evenly over the strawberry layer.
- Smooth the top.
- Add Topping:
- Sprinkle crushed biscuits evenly over the top.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 2β3 hours (or overnight for best texture).
