Ingredients

Strawberry Layer (Bottom):

  • 1 box strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Β½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Pineapple Cream Layer (Top):

  • 1 can (400g) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (instant vanilla pudding mix)
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Topping:

  • Crushed biscuits or graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
