- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- ½ cup strawberries (very finely chopped or pureed)*

- Whip the cream
In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. - Sweeten
Add sweetener and vanilla. Whip until medium peaks (fluffy but smooth). - Add strawberry flavor
