Zero-Carb Strawberry Mousse

A fluffy, creamy dessert with fresh strawberry flavor — low in carbs and perfect for a guilt-free treat.

📝 Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ½ cup strawberries (very finely chopped or pureed)*
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 drops pink food coloring (optional, for brighter color)

*Note: Strawberries contain natural carbs. For strict zero-carb, use strawberry extract instead of fresh berries.

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Whip the cream
    In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Sweeten
    Add sweetener and vanilla. Whip until medium peaks (fluffy but smooth).
  3. Add strawberry flavor
    Gently fold in finely pureed strawberries (or a few drops strawberry extract).
  4. Chill
    Spoon into cups and refrigerate 30–60 minutes to set.
