Ingredients (4–6 servings)
- 200g (7 oz) white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream (for melting)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate sprinkles or shavings (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Melt the chocolate
Heat ½ cup cream until warm (not boiling).
Pour over chopped white chocolate.
Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Cool to room temperature. - Whip the cream
In a chilled bowl, whip 1 cup cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. - Combine gently
Fold the cooled white chocolate mixture into the whipped cream slowly.
Mix gently to keep it airy. - Chill
Spoon into serving cups or a dish.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours until set. - Decorate & serve
Top with chocolate sprinkles, berries, or shaved chocolate.

✔ Make sure chocolate mixture is cooled before folding (to avoid melting cream).
