Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Cook the ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Layer the ingredients in the slow cooker: Add the browned beef to the slow cooker. Then, add the marinara sauce and uncooked pasta. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the pasta is tender and cooked through.
- Add the cheese: Once the pasta is cooked, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top. Stir to combine and allow the cheese to melt.
- Serve: Once the cheese has melted and everything is well combined, serve hot and enjoy!
