Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage (finely chopped or grated)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 2 eggs
- 2–3 green onions (chopped)
- 3–4 tbsp flour (or breadcrumbs)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare vegetables
- Finely chop the cabbage.
- Grate the carrot.
- Chop the green onions.
- Mix ingredients
- In a bowl, add cabbage, carrot, and green onions.
- Crack in the 2 eggs.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix well until it forms a thick mixture.
- Shape the fritters
- Take small portions and shape into oval patties (like in the picture).
- Cook
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve
- Place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
- Serve hot with yogurt dip, ketchup, or garlic sauce.
