Ingredients:
- 2 cups roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother melting)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

- Melt the chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Add coconut oil or butter if using.
- Add peanuts
- Stir the peanuts into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Form clusters
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray to form clusters.
- Set and harden
- Let them cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, or refrigerate for 20โ30 minutes until firm.
