Chocolate Peanut Clusters (No-Bake Treat)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother melting)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  1. Melt the chocolate
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
    • Add coconut oil or butter if using.
  2. Add peanuts
    • Stir the peanuts into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  3. Form clusters
    • Line a tray with parchment paper.
    • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray to form clusters.
  4. Set and harden
    • Let them cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, or refrigerate for 20โ€“30 minutes until firm.
  5. Serve & enjoy
    • Once hardened, remove from the tray and enjoy your crunchy, chocolatey treats!
