- 1 can (15 oz / ~425 g) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (20 oz / ~565 g) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup cottage cheese (optional but traditional)
- 1 tub (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Instructions
- Combine fruit
In a large bowl, add the drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. - Add pudding mix
Sprinkle the dry pudding mix over the fruit and stir well. It will thicken as it mixes with the fruit juices. - Add the creamy ingredients
Fold in cottage cheese, mini marshmallows, and whipped topping. - Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours so the dessert thickens and flavors blend. - Serve
Gently stir and top with extra mandarin oranges before serving.
